Our prices are net and with an occupancy by one person. We are happy to prepare the apartment but also for two or three people (subject to availability and appropriate space) with specified premium. For fixed-term contracts of less than 7 months, we are obliged to charge statutory VAT of 7% in addition to the above prices. The usual notice period for permanent contracts is 4 weeks to the end of the month.
