We will gladly prepare the apartment for two or three persons (with availability and corresponding space offer) with the indicated mark-up. In the case of temporary contracts of less than 7 months, we are obliged to charge the statutory value-added tax of currently 7% in addition to the above prices. The usual term of notice for unlimited contracts is 4 weeks at the end of the month.
