Our prices are net as well as with an occupancy by one person. We will gladly prepare the apartment for two or three persons (with availability and corresponding space offer) with the indicated mark-up. In the case of temporary contracts of less than 7 months, we are obliged to charge the statutory value-added tax of currently 7% in addition to the above prices. The usual term of notice for unlimited contracts is 4 weeks at the end of the month.
